The TAMARA, Kodai
The Tamara Kodai is a luxurious heritage resort spread over a 17 acre landscape, more than 2,000 meters (6,500 ft) above sea level in Kodaikanal, dating back to the 1840s. The building itself was originally called Baynes Bungalow owned by British District Judge, Mr. Baynes. One of the first few houses to be built in the region, Baynes Bungalow was sold to Father Louis Cyr in 1860, when it was renovated and reopened as La Providence. This was a complete turnkey landscape Project worth 1.55 Cr INR ( Approx 79000 OMR) The entire project from scratch was completed and hander over within a short span of 18 months. The picturesque landscape design has succeeded in extending the rich heritage of the property into the exteriors and provides cozy feel to its users.
SUBASH CHANDRA BOSE PARK, Ernakulam
Spread over 10.5 acres of land , located at the heart Kochi City, this public park serves as on oasis in the urban Concrete Jungle. The redesign of a century old park demanded not just recreation of a lost
Space but also demanded development of spaces that would bring the feeling of ‘Topophilia ‘ to every user, irrespective of age or gender.
The project was worth 6.5 cr INR and was completed within a period of less than 10 months.
JOY MANSION, Residence of Mr. Joy Alukkas
A high end residential project that demanded integration of contemporary design with native and exotic flora. The concept of Step Garden enhanced the elevation of the Home and provided green spaces that aesthetically pleasing yet functional. A happy family is all that a residential project demands.
