Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. We reserve the right to ship item(s) with the most convenient shipping carrier. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight/dimensions of your order, excluding applicable sales tax (Shipping charges shown are just an estimate, actual shipping charges may vary). Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Garden Doctor and it’s employee’s are not responsible for packages left outside by shipping carriers.

International Orders
Due to international shipping carriers, MyGardenDoctor.com and it’s employee’s are not responsible/liable for tracking and items once outside the continental United States.

Return Policy
All returns must be approved by email and assigned a RMA# (return merchandise authorization) before being returned to us. Returns are accepted within the first 5 days of you receiving the product. We can only accept returns on items that have NOT been used, opened or damaged during installation in any way (Filters, Bulbs Hydroponic Systems, Trays, Reservoirs and Liquids are non-returnable, this includes nutrients, additives, pH buffers, cloning solutions, etc). If the item was opened and determined that the product is defective/damaged we will help resolve the issue with shipping carrier or through the manufacturer of the product.

Shipping is not refunded. In some cases shipping is free, we do not refund the actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship the product to you. There is a twenty percent restocking fee on all products returned to us. There is a ten percent restocking fee for “boxed and ready to ship orders”. If you would like to avoid the restocking fee, we will issue you a store credit for the subtotal purchase amount. (Special Order Items will be charged a restocking fee because we return them to the manufacturer and they charge us a restocking fee) If you have a question about what is or is not a special order item please call us prior to purchase and we will be happy to let you know. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Ask as many questions as possible before you agree to buy because this applies to you!

Warranty Returns
We will assist you with the manufacturer in having your items repaired. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Stock Items
The “in stock” inventory on MyGardenDoctor.com reflects the potential inventory of our suppliers, and is not related to items that are present at the Garden Doctor retail store.
